It is arranged the same way as an in-clinic consultation, just without the trip.
You book a time, and our doctor calls or video-calls you then to go through your concern.
Anything that needs to be printed or signed - a lab request, a prescription - is prepared and made ready for you to collect, or sent to you as arranged during the call.
An online consult does not replace an in-person exam. If your doctor feels one is needed, you will be asked to come in.
